NAB 2006 - Pro-Bel Announces New Solutions Group and the Appointment of Karl Mehring
Booth SU4347, NAB, Las Vegas – 24th April 2006: Pro-Bel, the premier manufacturer and supplier of routing switchers, signal processing, master control, automation, control and monitoring technologies, announced today the creation of the Pro-Bel Solutions Group and the appointment of Karl Mehring as Department Head, Pro-Bel Solutions Group.
Pro-Bel Solutions Group covers the complete range of Pro-Bel services and products and is led from the UK with clearly defined regional representation. Responsibilities include pre-sales technical support, system design, commissioning and configuration, technical and operator training and post sales support. The new department sees the formation of cohesive and highly responsive client care following on from the purchase of Vistek and the continued development of the Pro-Bel product lines.
Newly appointed Department Head, Karl Mehring, who has 15 years of experience in the broadcast industry and has been involved in a multitude of key projects for the company, says, “I am delighted to have been appointed to this position. It is an exciting time for the company following the acquisition of Vistek and time of new challenges for the industry as a whole. With the project-based nature of much of our work now, it is crucial that we can support our customers through complex processes efficiently.”
