TF1 Selects Pro-Bel For New Control Room
Reading, UK – 09th March 2007: TF1, the leading private broadcaster in France has installed a range of Pro-Bel routing and router control technology to sit at the heart of its new control room – Regie 3.
Regie 3 is HD-equipped and is being used in the production of weekly sports programmes including “Auto-Moto” and “Telefoot”. The project began over a year ago when TF1 began its search for the ultimate solution. There were two key aims: the seamless handling of SD and HD content and; the ability to integrate with a Kahuna mixer from Snell & Wilcox. Pro-Bel easily satisfied both these needs.
TF1 has installed a Sirius 256 x 256 SD/HD router equipped 224 x 224 with Pro-Bel’s Aurora handling the router control.
