For those little routing needs that seem to pop up without warning, the Axis family of 16x16 routers lets you answer those needs without delay. Axis provides four different signal formats in just 1RU each: SDI, analog video, AES (balanced or unbalanced) and stereo analog audio. Designed for low-cost utility applications, it features single internal controller and PSU. But low-cost doesn?t limit Axis? flexibility. The ?master? frame comes with or without integral front panel, and features a choice of fixed database allowing 4 breakaway levels, or the editable database version for up to 8 breakaway levels. Two control ports can be configured as either panel/UMD ports for up to 16 devices, remote control ports, or one of each. Axis proves you can have it all: good, fast and cheap!
