From 16 x 16 to 128 x 128 stereo in just 6RU, Freeway’s analogue audio routing solution delivers a truly superior crosspoint density, with ample room for powerful features to further elevate Freeway above the rest. Each 16 x 16 stereo card has a digital audio crosspoint core with A-to-D converters on the inputs and D-to-A converters on the outputs. This means analogue audio and AES cards interconnected in one frame provide automatic and transparent switching/conversion of analogue inputs to AES outputs, and vice versa! You won’t find this in any other crosspoint-style router! Fix audio channel problems easily via channel modify functions such as L/R swap, L to both, R to both and mono-mix. Freeway works brilliantly in mixed mono/stereo and mixed analogue/AES environments, making once tedious audio operations soundly simple.
